Welcome to the our Uniform Savers Club!

Our new Uniform Savers Club is designed to help you save regularly throughout the school year, to help with the cost of new school uniform in July/August, prior to the new school year! However, don’t worry if you suddenly need an item of uniform throughout the year, as you can spend the money accrued on your card on uniform with us at anytime through the year.

Terms & Conditions

1. Universal Uniform can only be held responsible for safeguarding customers’ savings once they have been received by Universal Uniform. Therefore, any payments NOT received by Universal Uniform remain your responsibility.
2. On receipt of your completed application form Universal Uniform will provide you with your own Uniform Savers Club card.
3. You must keep your card safe and ensure you receive confirmation for every payment made, by physical receipt or email.
4. Payments can be made on an ad hoc or regular basis by the following methods:
a. Standing order
b. By card over the phone
c. By card or cash in the shop
5. Minimum payments of £5 can be made onto the card. The maximum balance that can be on the saving card at any one time is £500.
6. You will only be able to order/purchase uniform to the value of the balance of your Uniform Savers Club account.
7. If you return all or part of your order, we will refund the value back to your saver account to spend another time.
8. No cash will be refunded, any refunds will be settled via purchasing items from Universal Uniform.
9. Once money is added to the Uniform Savers Club account, this cannot be requested back and can only be used for the purchase of goods from Universal Uniform.
10. Should the unfortunate circumstance occur where we cease to supply the uniform for the school you are saving for, we will refund all payments made to the saver account which are yet to be spent.
11. Any change to your name or contact details must be informed to us in writing, by email or letter.
12. You have the right to contact Universal Uniform at any time, and for whatever reason, in full Confidentiality. If doing so please have your Uniform Savers Club account reference number available.
13. Members must present their Uniform Savers Club card at the checkout in order to redeem the money collected.
14. Whilst the Uniform Savers Club is designed for you to save from September to June to purchase the new school uniform in July & August, the money on the account can be used at any time throughout the year for uniform purchases and can continue to be topped up – your money will not expire on the card.
15. The Uniform Savers Club account and save card, are issued by and remain the property of Universal Uniform which may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme.
16. All members of the scheme must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.
17. Members are only entitled to one Uniform Savers Club account each. Universal Uniform reserves the right to refuse the opening of accounts at any time.
18. Members must provide their name, email address, contact telephone number to obtain a Uniform Savers Club card account. There will be an option when signing up as to whether you would like to opt-in to marketing emails from Universal Uniform. If you tick the box to agree, you will receive our marketing newsletters, but you can unsubscribe at any time. If you do not tick this box we will only contact you if it is important information relating to your account.
19. The Uniform Savers Club card balance is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is named and registered for the card.
20. Universal Uniform cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from the member failing to ensure the safe-keeping of the Uniform Savers Club card.
21. Universal Uniform may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Uniform Savers Club accounts and cards, in whatever form, and / or remove a member from the scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of:
a. any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme;
b. any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and / or those relating to the optional elements of the scheme;
c. any behaviour relating to the Uniform Savers Card or Universal Uniform that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.
22. The scheme is only for personal and consumer use, for purchases of school uniform only.
23. Members can choose to leave the scheme at any time. If you still have a balance on your card when you choose to leave, this will be given to you in the form of a credit note to be spent on uniform. Cash cannot be refunded from the card.
